Alcohol: 13% Bottle size:75cl Average age of vines:30 years Certified by FR-BIO-10 Vinification and aging: Harvest at maturity. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, the harvest is destemmed and placed in vat without adding yeasts or sulphites, 8-day maceration with little pumping over, end of fermentation on juice, in fiber vats. Tasting: Very beautiful purple red color. Braucol-like nose with aromas of blackcurrant and red fruits. The finish is rather enveloped, as well as a nice minty freshness.
something
Marine’s vines are located on a hillside overlooking the small village of Andillac, near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. Some of the vines are trained: Syrah, Braucol and a plot of Duras, the other is in goblet: Gamay, Mauzac, le loin de l’Oeil, and a pretty little 55-year-old plot of Duras. The vines are worked organically and certified since 2014.
