something
We produce wine in Monzambano on the morainic hills of Garda Lake. All our vineyards are biodynamic. The 2017 vintage comes from a 1.5 hectare certified organic plot since 1985, converted into biodynamic in 2016. In 2018 we increased the surface area of 5,5 hectares and we started immediately the hard work of conversion with the use of biodynamic preparations, tisanes, propolis and micro-organisms. All the wines produced have spontaneous fermentation, are unfiltered, without the addition of sulfur dioxide and without the use of temperature control technology.
