100% Malvasia Moscata 13% vol. Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 10th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Spontaneous fermentation in oak and acacia barriques. 7 months of maceration in acacia barriques and ageing for 2 months in inox. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.
