Manual late harvesting on the 18th of October and placed in small cases of 5 kg.
Wine grapes are naturally dried until the 12th of December in the open air under the shadow. Ageing in oak barriques for 30 months followed by 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 40 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Minimum 6 months in bottle. Sugar rate 90g/l.
