Additional Information

Very bright, saturated. Distinguishable tones of strawberries, rose hips, vanilla, spices and skin. Fermentation took place at low temperatures with 100% use of ridges. Then it was aged in 500 litre barrels for 10 months. The author of the label is an artist from Sevastopol Pavel Rtue.

UPPA Winery establishment was founded in 2008 by Pavel Shvets. Wine maker was born and grew up in Sevastopol, was studying in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Pavel started his labor activity in 1996 as a sommelier and had become one of the first people in Russia to cope with this profession. In year 2000, he was obtained the best sommelier of the country. Having come back from the capital, Pavel planted his first vineyard in home Sevastopol. The main Pavel Shvets`s philosophy – terroir and uniqueness in every bottle.
