  • Other Information:Alcohol: 14% Bottle size: 75cl Age of Vines: 35 years 8 day maceration of Pinot Grigio, 18 day maceration of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, spontaneous fermentation in vats with indigenous yeasts Tasting Note: Golden yellow color tending to the copper due to long maceration on the skins. The nose has complex scents of dried fruits, officinal herbs and oriental spices. In the mouth it is warm, salty, with a beautiful freshness and delicate tannins.

Azienda Agricola Dario Prinčič is located in the village of Oslavia, just north of the town of Gorizia, and a few steps from the border with Slovenia. Ten hectares densely planted form the property, with almost all the vineyards with a Southeast exposure. The land is very steep, the soil is clay and sandstone and everything is done by hand.
