Torgo wines are made from our one hectare vineyard renovated about twenty years ago in an 80-year-old property, surrounded by granite walls, growing along with fruit trees, flowers and water springs. Farmed organically since 2016, no weed killers have ever been used here and, even before requesting the eco certification, all our farming was as responsible as we could. We are located out of whatever “denominación de origen” and have no intention to increase production. Intervention in our winery is almost inexistent, spontaneous fermentation is basic for us. We just want to get the best and most representative wine from our tiny independent vineyard and winery. Our wines are expected to be Organic Certified by CRAEGA in 2020.
