The old one! And also the last one. With nr.5 we tried to keep the signature of the other numbers, meaning that we loved to keep the light and fruity structure of 1/2/3 and 4 but with Nr. 5 we wanted to create a more serious wine. We build the structure by using 3 younger wines two from 2009 and one from 2000 . We added power and body by adding sweet wine from Tinta negra of 30 y old and a vintage wine from 1954. The result is fantastic! Maybe with a good cigar this opens an the after dinner until the morning sings you to bed!
