Alcohol: 11.9% Bottle size: Magnum Age of the vines: 35 years 100% whole bunches in open 1500 litre tanks, pressed after 10 days and then matured four 500L old French oak barrels. This reminds one of a friendly Syrah, say from Crozes-Hermitage, low in alcohol Tasting note: blackcurrants with violets and cool strawberry on the palate. Very spicy and peppery through the finish. Beautiful seamless red, this is for lovers of elegance and whimsy in their fine wines.
