Terre del Ving Philosophy Terre del Ving is an adventure and a project, an idea of nomadic viticulture that begins with the assumption that the land never really belongs to us. Terre del Ving takes care of abandoned vineyards, those no longer “worthwhile”, those unwanted or poorly productive vineyards and yet belonging to the Tuscan terroir, with its excellence to be revealed, a story to tell. Nomadic viticulture as a philosophy in life and in agriculture; moving, shifting, transforming and continually renewing itself, sowing the germ of “good agriculture”, producing wines that are always unique, always bringing new tastes, experiences, emotions, stories of wine. Podere Borgaruccio Podere Borgaruccio is a family-run biodynamic farm located in Alta Valdera, in the Tuscan hills. It is found at the crossroads where the provinces of Florence, Pisa and Siena meet, on a panoramic road leading to Volterra, between hills dappled by vineyards and olive groves. Podere covers an area of about 12 hectares, characterised by a wonderful biodiversity that includes steep rich igneous rock, coppices, wetlands and dry areas.  Areas which are the ideal environment for a wide variety of wildlife including migratory birds and falcons. Here mainly olive oil and wine are produced, but Podere Borgaruccio is also a farm where guests can find sanctuary from the hectic pace of everyday life, in a familiar, warm and welcoming environment. In this landscape full of traditions, flavours and the trusted knowledge of farmers, through the constant striving for naturalness and environmental sustainability and the doing away with chemicals have led to the creation of living, energetic and complexly structured mineral win Podere Campordigno In this splendid setting of the Querceto Castle of Marchesi Ginori Lisci; in the Montescudaio doc area, only a few minutes from the Etruscan coast, tradition meets new trends through the vines of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vineyards are located near the bed of the Cecina River, a few kilometres from the sea, on fossil-rich land which is a truly unique microclimatic environment.
