TREBBIAMO ? 2021 – ORANGE WINE 100% TREBBIANO ROMAGNOLO which comes from an innest we did on Merlot grapes. Plants are 25 years old, farmed in spurred cordon. It’s our absoulte first vintage of Trbbiano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in 2 georgian quevri (600 L) digged outside our cellar. 100% of the skins were used for its 6 months skin maceration in quevri. Naturally decanted. Bottled the 27th of April without filtration. 1100 bottles in total. SO2 <25 mg/L
