The terrain whereupon
the vineyards lie are characteristically of medium mixture
with a clay-calcareous prevalence; they can be found
at an altitude, which consists of between 200
and 260 a.s.l with an east/southeast exposure. PLANTING DENSITY 5500 vines per hectare. vinification The selection is completely manual
on long sorting tables and then every single grape is controlled
by an Optical Sorter The grapes are left to macerate for some hours before being gently pressed and separated from their skins. The process of fermentation happens gradually
in oak barrels for about a month and a half. Refinement The wine evolves on its fine lees
for 12 months in barrels of French oak.
It is left to mature in the bottle for 12 months.
