Emzar Vasadze makes natural kvevri wine in his own wine cellar (marani) in compliance with Georgian traditional methods of wine-making. One of the characteristic features of wine – tannin was selected as the trademark of  this wine. Thewine cellar is located in Kiketi, at an altitude of 1250 meters. Due to specific climatic conditions wine is delayed onhusks of grapes till the end of May that gives the wine its distinct aroma. Special attention is paid to old traditional methods of wine making and seasoning. Production of wine in Kiketi promotes a revival of mountain wine-making industry. “Tanini” Saperavi is produced from the private vineyard  in the best micro zone of Kakheti region, Mukuzani, known for its soil and climatic conditions ideal for Saperavi.  Rkatsiteli and Tavkveri of “Tanini” are from vineyards of Kakheti as well. Vine is cared according to Georgian, traditional methods.
