The Bianco ´23 Bitter Aperitivo is loaded with zesty flavours from the Bergamotte. The Bergamotte is a cross between Lime (freshness) and pomerance (punch). Along with Cedro, Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Weißburgunder & Neuburger, some flowers and lots of craftsmanship it turned into this super fresh drink. The ´23 Bianco found its home in the winery of Franz Weninger in Burgenland, its organic certified and available from March 2023.
