From the Grower
"A slightly hazy beautiful amber colored wine with complex layers. Aromas of savory Mediterranean herbs, green tea and barley. On the palate it's fresh and almost cider like, with flavors of green apples, lemon zest and white peaches with a clean mineral finish. This is a fun wine to open up and see how it evolves with time. Pairings include aged hard cheese, roasted chicken and herb roasted vegetables."

Additional Information

Hand harvested from our Biodynamic estate, foot tread and fermented on the skins much like a red wine. We take a very minimal winemaking approach by not filtering or fining the wine. This wine can also be called an "orange wine", not for its flavor, but for its color. Aged for 7 months in neutral French oak
