All of the white grapes from our home vineyard, deLanda, are used for skin-fermented wine. Our vineyard is Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC), Demeter Biodynamic and CCOF Organic. Footstomped whole cluster and destemmed and pressed to old Oak Barrels after a 2 week fermenation. 200 cases produced.

Anna and David deLaski tend a 12 acre Biodynamic® and Regenerative Organic farm in Los Olivos in the Central Coast of California. Anna is from Austria so they are passionate about varietals from her homeland and nurturing them in soils of California. They produce about 1700 cases (20,000 bottles) annually from their grapes and other Organic and Biodynamic® vineyards in the area.
