We want to render the true freshness of our mild and gentle tannins, combined with a nice tart and fruity drinkability. Early harvest grapes, quick spontaneous fermentation, soft pressing, steel tank decanted, no filtration. Pairs with appetisers, cold cuts, and white meat.
