  • Other Information:Natural Wine, fermented with indigenous yeasts, no suphites added. Produced without control of temperature, in stailness steel tanks. Original expression of Valpolicella Valley. We define it "pure naturally fermented grapes". It is intense ruby red with a touch of purple. Fruity and fresh in the mouth, it keeps the same bouquet of the nose. Very easy to drink, 12% of alcohol, it is very nice also chilled. Food pairing: salads, cold dishes of meat. Fish.
