Sassara natural wine are born in the South part of Garda Lake (Veneto Region) where, millions of year ago, the glacier mades the Grada lake and created a natural barrier of debris rich in many different minerals which are reflected in the wines. These are moranic hills where the 12 hectares of Sassara vineyards teke roots, prptected by benefit influence of Garda Lake which creates the best conditions for the vines cultivation. The actual vineyard was planted 50 years ago but in Sassara we are winegrowers in three generations. Nowadays Stefano and Alessia run this natural project and from the 2007 they converted their property in biodynamic method of cultivation. We grow up traditional grapes variety of the place: Garganega, Trebbiano, Trebbianello, Moscato, Fernanda, Corvina, Corvinone Rondinella Rossanella.
