  • Other Information:Red wine for a "snack" for an easy and light drink. Glou Glou is produced by our very young vineyard of Nerello Mascalese in the countryside of Monreale. The hand-picked grapes are brought to the cellar where spontaneous fermentation begins with 1-day maceration. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, decanting takes place and malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in steel tanks for about 7 months before being bottled.If you want an easy, thirst-quenching, simple drink, as a snack or an aperitif, this is the right wine. As the name suggests "Glou Glou" is a wine to drink all in one go lightly. Also drink cool on hot summer days. Fresh savory and mineral, fresh red fruit, a carefree drink.

We are 2 youngs, Nicola (computer engineer) and Guido (oenologist) that started to bet and managing the families’ farms to produce wine, olive oil and honey. Resuming the work of our fathers, producers of grapes and olives (sold at low prices to the industry), we dedicated ourselves to a production model that could recognize the right value to these resources. So we decided to transform our primary resources (we also started beekeeping) in full respect of their natural features.
