  • Other Information:Rosso di Contrada don Paolo: this wine is linked to the family affections. It is obtained from a plot of Nero d'Avola of just over half hectare exposed to the East, with yellow soil rich in clay. This is where we get one of our wines with less than 10mg / lt of self-produced So2. From this vineyard we obtaine one of the most spicy Nero d'Avola, very horizontal, rich full with a more contained freshness that leaves space for a more marked tannin. It ferments in steel tanks for 15 days with the whole grapes, it matures in the tank for ten months and then it is refined in bottles for six months. The product does not contain any oenological additive. Yield in wine 30 hl / ha

Our annual production is about 100,000 bottles of wine and 2,000 bottles of extra virgin olive oil.
