Additional Information
Reìs is a white wine voluntarily declassified, exclusively obtained from cortese grapes hand-picked in Bastian vineyard — plantation year 1985. Spontaneous fermentation — wild yeasts only — is done in stainless steel tanks after 3 days of pre-fermentative maceration at room temperature. Aging is done — for some months — in acacia wood.
In the local dialect of 19th century, Reìs means “roots”.
