Additional Information

Andeira is an ancestral sparkling red wine from barbera grapes hand-picked in Bastian vineyard – plantation year 1970. It is vinified in steel or/and old wood tonneaux or casks, with spontaneous fermentation -native yeasts only- and no maceration. Aging is done for 6 months at least in old tonneaux or casks. Refermentation is triggered by its own must. Not filtered, not degorged, zero dosage. In the local dialect of 19th century, Andeira means "gait".
