something
The Rielingerhof is run by Matthias and Evi, they lovingly host their guests in their own Buschenschank and vacation apartments. Matthias is a perfectionist in the vineyard and in the cellar, almost pedantic in his search for the true embodiment of his alpine terroir; steep, strenuous to work in, warm despite the sea level and always well ventilated. His parade varieties are Riesling, Kerner, Blatterle and Vernatsch. In recent years Matthias has completely turned away from industrial methods of winemaking and year after year and more and more precisely reproduces the taste of his organically grown grapes.
