Paul is an actor of the natural wine scene since the early 2000s. He takes care of les Clos Perdus. Together with Hugo Stuart, they started Project 108, a small trading company. Most of the grapes come from Clos perdus and the rest from friends and neighbours working organically and biodynamically. Paul’s aim is to make natural wines with nothing added and nothing taken away.
