Roberto and Lucia working in their company since 2004 with great passion and attention to the land, in harmony with all the elements of nature through biodynamic agriculture. Roberto has recovered abandoned 40-50 years old vines of Sangiovese, Malvasia and Canaiolo and created new vineyards, only with native vines Tuscan Pugnitello and Foglia Tonda and old clones of Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera to keep the ancient Tuscan germplasm. The harvest is manual, the spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without filtration or clarification and bottling takes place on the farm.
