La p'TiTe Laine, 2019

Pierre Boyat’s vineyard is located on the Beaujolais-Burgundy hinterland. He is one of those vignerons that focuses on soil and vineyard biodiversity. He also deeply thinks that only ancestral methods allow the real expression of his terroir. All his wines are made without any additives or SO2. The reds are mineral and very nourishing and the whites are with a freshness that comes from low PHs…. the result of years of wonderful farming!
