  • This wine is fermented spontaneously.
  • Other Information:Lightly turbid yellow-green wine. The bubbles are very small. This petnat was on the lees for 10 months, as a result of work yeast, wine became more complex and less fruity. Bright, fresh, tones of green pear, apple. Distinctive creamy tone, walnut, some wildflowers, honey and propolis. Great wine, the only problem is not enough for all who wants!

UPPA Winery establishment was founded in 2008 by Pavel Shvets. Wine maker was born and grew up in Sevastopol, was studying in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Pavel started his labor activity in 1996 as a sommelier and had become one of the first people in Russia to cope with this profession. In year 2000, he was obtained the best sommelier of the country. Having come back from the capital, Pavel planted his first vineyard in home Sevastopol.
