Average age of vines: 80 years Grapes are hand-picked. Whole bunch maceration for 7 days on the skin then gentle press. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts . The wine is aged for 10 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.

Oriol first started to make wines for fun but soon decided to become a winemaker and promote the Alella Terroir as simply as he can : natural fermentation, wild yeasts, no cold stabilisation, no fining, no filtration and a very limited addition of sulphur if necessary.
