Other Information:Unique, complex wine created from white grapes by fermentation and maceration on skins and grapes. It is a balanced cuvée of Welschriesling and Veltliner from an old vineyard in Wolf’s valley and a young Devín from Rose mountain. Welschriesling fermented on skins in open wat for 10 days, Veltliner and Devín fermented in barrels, with 15% of hand-destemmed grapes and macerated with these grapes for 10 months.
Our family passionately creates low-intervention wines from our own organically-grown, indigenous Slovak grape varieties. We strive to act merely as guides of our wines during their creation, letting them mature at their own pace and according to their unique character. As a result, we hope to find harmony and elegance in the bottle.
Since 2016 we farm biodynamically, according to Demeter standards.
