Alcohol:12.5% Bottle size:75cl Suitable for V and V Average age of the vines: 40-60 years Spontaneous fermentation with starter and two weeks of maceration. The wine spents a fortnight on skins, before being pressed off to stainless steel for a year of rest. The age of the plants, soil and southern exposition have produced a Dolcetto of unusual concentration and complexity, with black fruits and a pleasant earthiness at the fore.

There is so many things to say about a hole life and the way all of us surf his own one!

My one have been a blessed one, lucky to have hereditate determination and character from my mum and grandmother's polish side, lucky to had a father that aloud me to take care of his little part of his inheritance in Barbaresco, without have even the smallest idea of what could happen!

Things have move one, I found my way to become a farmer and my way of winemaking.

I've been lucky to meet all the amazing persons that work with me now days and the ones from all over the world during the 20 years since my Big Bang, someone came back, someone just left their trace, there is a bit of all of them in what i do now.

All I do cames from a team and family work, it's not a one man show.

Today I farm around 6 hectars, producing 6 wines.

There is not ony the "wine world" in my life but when I drink a bottle I like to enjoy it till the last drop!
