Babinou, 2022

No Control is a vineyard estate currently converting to an all organic agriculture. We are based in the north of the Puy de Dôme, in Volvic more precisely, and producer of living and natural wines. No Control consists of 5 hectares of vines, where one can find several grape varieties : gamay, pinot noir, syrah, chardonnay, sauvignon, sylvaner and pinot auxerrois. This allows us to make between 5 and 7 cuvées. No Control also has an impressive diverse range of terroirs born from recent and former volcanic activity. This gives the wines typical features and a specific mineral taste.
