something
We took back a four generations wine estate and change the growing methods since 2014 in order to have clean vines and wine. We’re currently working under the biodynamic principles and certified Ecocert, Demeter and VMN (vin méthode nature) as well as VitiForest (Agro-Forestry). We planted 1500 trees on our 27ha’s vineyard (field and fruit trees, hedges, shrubs) in a desire of making a real difference in biodiversity, like in true symbiosis. To say it shortly, we follow the idea "in the vineyard as in the cellar, nothing’s added nothing’s removed."
