We grow Roditis, Assyrtiko, Kidonitsa, Xinomavro and Limniona on the slopes of Paiko mountain, northern Greece. Permaculture philosophy of Fukuoka known as the ‘Non-act’ science is used in our vineyard and we are organic certified. We are on a windy microclimate bellow the valley and Paiko mountain. In the winery we believe in micro-cuvees of all our vineyard.
