Additional Information

Burbero is a blend mainly Sangiovese and a small part of Cabernet Sauvignon, the harvest is manual, the bunches are harvest and fermented separated by area of the vineyard. Fermentation is natural without the addition of selected yeasts, the wine ages in cement vats for two and a half years until bottling, continues to age in the bottle for a minimum of 8 months

Perfect to combine with red meats, intense red fruit, on the palate it is not heavy, invites you to finish the bottle .

90/100 James Suckling - Quite reductive at first, but opens to reveal some nice glazed-cherry and orange-peel character. Citrusy and refined with medium tannins and a fruity finish. Drink now.
something
I am 27 years old and I produced my first vintage in 2011, since then using only natural methods, taught by my grandfather. I started with only 0.5 ha of vineyard, I immediately say that in me you will find a boy who has a huge desire to do and to emerge, with a huge passion and enthusiasm !
