Alcohol: 12.5% Bottle size:75cl Average age of vines: Planted from 1997 Slow, cool fermentation carried out by indigenous yeast in small open topped vats, 50% whole cluster fermentation. No new oak is used, and it is bottled with a tiny bit of sulfur. Cranberry and spicy notes are followed by black cherry and earth. Very refined tannins. It’s savory on the palette !
