• Single vineyard on a hill (Somonte), a single tank of 2500 litre and 3000 bottles • Single Tempranillo Tinto Fino clon. • Organically certified vineyard, with no irrigation, and less than 400 l rainfall per year. • Hand harvested in October 2021, grapes are selected in the winery, cooled and follow a cold maceration for a week. • Fermented with natural yeasts and minimal intervention in the winery. • The wine reflects our desire to transform the fruit of the vine into wine in the most natural way possible. • No oak ageing
