Exclusively on the Leucate Hills regarding the Sea, our first Fitou is a balanced wine between fruityness and fine structure. Mainly composed with Mourvèdre and Carignan, the pepper comes out with red fruit nose and "sappy" taste which invites to return to the glass and empty the bottle with pleasure ... Grilled meat, light stews and vegetables lasagne are welcome... aging potential until 4 to 6 years. That's THE (ZE) must have Fitou, Cheers !
