something
The Mas de la Basserola is located in the Pla de Manlleu, at an altitude of 560m above sea level, an area that marks a qualitative difference as a result of its microclimate. Parellada and Macabeu varieties are grown here without using pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. Low production yield and great ability to extract nuances from the soil, as well as the harmony between sugar richness and acidity. The harvest is quite late, it is done manually. The grapes are gently pressed in order to obtain the best must.
