Additional Information

Alcohol: 15% Bottle size: 75cl 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier from massal selection. Average age of vines: Syrah planted in 1986 Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in stainless steel. Complex, powerful and spicy wine, with notes of black fruits, violets and liquorice. In the mouth, we find freshness and digestibility. Well balanced, it is a very nice definition of the Syrah grape with a nice minerality.
something
Created in 1991, the Domain covers 4.5 h on the Côte-Rôtie. The vineyard is made up of Serines (the original variety of Syrah, pure and which makes wines even finer), Viognier and Syrah. Some of the estate’s vines are up to 120 years old ! Viticulture is as simple as possible: plowing with a horse, compost, no chemical weedkiller. Vinification is natural, without sulfur and wines are neither filtered, nor fined.
