something
Created in 1991, the Domain covers 4.5 h on the Côte-Rôtie. The vineyard is made up of Serines (the original variety of Syrah, pure and which makes wines even finer), Viognier and Syrah. Some of the estate’s vines are up to 120 years old ! Viticulture is as simple as possible: plowing with a horse, compost, no chemical weedkiller. Vinification is natural, without sulfur and wines are neither filtered, nor fined.
