This Calvados 12 Years was crafted using ancient and indigenous varieties of apples, and was aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels. The blending of different barrels, each with its own flavor and aroma, is the signature of Maison Hérout. Maison Hérout's ambition is to reveal the primary aromas of its Calvados AOC, working on freshness and finesse, without artificial coloring.

The cider house has existed since 1946 and our orchard has been certified 100% organic since the 1970 (10ha orchard) We offer organic craft ciders in 75cl format (Cotentin AOP label - Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée): sparkling non-pasteurized, non-carbonated drinks, based on pure apple juice and natural organic cider. We also produce Calvados AOP and organic Pommeau, organic Apple juice and organic cider vinegar.
