We have a very simple vision of viticulture; the better we treat our soil and the more we enrich our ecosystem, the better the vines will do and the better the grapes will be. This is why we cultivate our vines organically and why we are in the process of converting to biodynamics. This way of seeing nature as a whole of which we are an integral part resonates deep within us. It pushes us to find sustainable, even regenerative solutions to the many problems encountered in viticulture. It inspires us to become better winemakers, better humans. Our philosophy for the wines is the same as for the field. We favour natural methods, without adding sulphite if possible. Our wines are unfiltered and made in a non-interventionist way. We are constantly evolving as winemakers, so the wines are bound to change over time. We cherish our freedom and the ability to adapt to the current vintage. In the field as in the cellar, it is often our instinct that prevails over scientific correctness. Our vines and wines speak to us, so we listen.
