something
Our story begins in Corpeau, a small village on the plain at the southern end of the Côte d’Or. In the 1960s, my grandfather owned a small plot of land of 30 ares on which he planted his first vines (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) for personal consumption, as was common at that time. In parallel to our jobs as winemakers, my wife Jennifer and I took over my grandfather’s vineyards in 2006. We met some of the pioneers of the natural wine industry who led us on this beautiful adventure. Today, we are working on new parcels and completing our range with a small part of Vins de France made from trade grapes. Our philosophy is based on two main convictions: respect for nature through organic and biodynamic interventions in the vineyards respect for the wine by the absence of oenological products, except for a small dose of sulphite at bottling when necessary By giving free rein to the life processes in our wines, we wish to reconnect with the notions of food quality, conviviality and pleasure, fundamental notions which nowadays, in our modern society, tend to disappear.
