something
Located in the small village of Chapelle-Glain, Xavière Hardy started planting her vineyard in 1993 on a 1.5 parcel. Density is high as she looks after 12.000 Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Grolleau plants ! Xavière is organic and biodynamic certified. She uses lunar calendar as well as biodynamic decoctions, herbal infusions and honey to nourrish her vines and prevent from diseases. In 2017, she lost 80% of her production from the frost and had to buy grapes from a friend in order to save her business. In the cellar, all her wines are 100% grape, with a strict minimum use of oenological input.
