Additional Information

Alcohol: 12.5% Bottle size: 75cl Age of vines: half of the vines are 60 years old, the other half were planted in 2003. Hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation in barrel and aged for one year in neutral barrels. Beautiful expressions of savagnin; taught acidity, a citrus explosion, minerality off the charts.
something
Céline and Steve Gormally make wines from 5 hectares in the southwest of Arbois in the Jura. Here is their philosophy: “If I were to summarize my vision of agriculture then I would borrow the phrase from Saint-Exupéry which says: “The earth does not belong to us; It is loaned to us by our children.” It is therefore important to accompany the earth in a respectful way so as not to leave traces of our passage.”
