From the Grower
"Its 50% Chardonnay gives it roundness and volume on the palate capable of entirely enveloping any being. The Colombard du Gers, with its acidic notes of pear and citrus fruits, forms the spinal cord which holds this wine together, saving it from too much opulence."

Additional Information

A musical air (or “Souffle”) is nicknamed the third air, after the wind and the breath. An upturned landscape, the sky on the ground and the earth in the sky, all upside down through the speed of the wind. Here is a gastronomical white wine which won’t fail to send your spirit traveling.

Laurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa are the newest urban winemakers, travelling the vineyards of France in the quest for good grapes. Their project is called Les Chais du Port de la Lune, Port of the Moon’s Cellars, first cellar to vinify, press and mature wines in the City of Bordeaux since a long time. Their ambition is to create unique wines, paying homage to their partner vine growers as well as the origins of the grapes. Their installation of their steel tanks and barrels in an old renovated bunker in the area of Bacalan in the North of the City. Three vintages have been maked since the launch of this project. Organic grapes and and natural wine only!
