Additional Information

Two regions, two climates through three varieties in the same bottle. They mix well into a balanced wine filled of freshness and vividness. Silence please, may it be only for a short moment! ...And you will understand the balance of this light red wine, result of a soft maceration and ageing in barrils of 3 wines.
Laurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa are the newest urban winemakers, travelling the vineyards of France in the quest for good grapes. Their project is called Les Chais du Port de la Lune, Port of the Moon’s Cellars, first cellar to vinify, press and mature wines in the City of Bordeaux since a long time. Their ambition is to create unique wines, paying homage to their partner vine growers as well as the origins of the grapes. Their installation of their steel tanks and barrels in an old renovated bunker in the area of Bacalan in the North of the City. Three vintages have been maked since the launch of this project. Organic grapes and and natural wine only!
