About Chateau Lestignac

South West, France

We produce natural wines organically in the area of Bergerac on 3 terroirs: limestone, flint and clay. We essentially use Bordeaux varieties and practice “fresh”, soft vinification, with long(ish) macerations and long fermentations. We do not use oenological tools.
