Frostman, 2015

I followed a 2-year training in Beaune in Burgundy and worked as a trainee in several vineyards. Today I grow wine on 6 ha in biodynamic culture (Demeter) and make wine in my own wine storehouse in an old farm. I froze in 2016 and lost 90% of my production. I bought different organic wines in the south and made 2 assemblies. The 1st one is Frostman (syrah, grenache, mourvèdre). The 2d is électron libre (syrah, grenache, carignan) 10 months in barrel.
